1. Deep in thought
There are moments when you are so deep in your thoughts that you don’t aware of anything around you. Daydreaming is also a phenomenon of this.
2. Think about death
Our sophisticated brains, specifically our subconscious mind that makes us think about death. Though obsessing over mortality isn’t necessary normal, we still usually think of our own demise. Our minds “make us painfully aware of inevitable mortality, and this awareness clashes with our biologically wired desire for life,” said Kesebir in Live Science.
3. Have brain farts
Forgetting bits of information wouldn’t be strage to any of us anymore, yet “brain fart” occur rather frequently for humans. Sometimes you are in the situations of trying so hard to remember a name or an event that took place some time ago or something you know very well. The information parts just escaped from your mind all of a sudden which requires you to think really hard to remember the words and phrases. It’s also a familiar phenomenon that they come back into your mind without any effort all of a sudden!
If you’re like most humans, then you’ve probably been on at least one end of the grapevine a few times. Like it or not, gossip is a part of everyday life. In fact, scientists speculate that gossip may actually bring us humans closer together.
5. Talk to yourself
Whether you concern or not, there would be many times you have a conversation with yourself. We sometimes talk to ourselves, even whispering or mumbling words, making a dialog like between 2 real people. You probably find yourself whispering words by words while reading something, this is absolutely due to your subconscious mind.
Though this is occasionally embarrassing, you still need a little hear-to-heart with yourself to release stresses and concern as well as validate important and difficult decisions.
Unconsciously singing a particular song is also belongs to this matter. It’s when you have no idea while you’re singing it, the song just pops out of nowhere.
This usually happens because you heard the same music playing a while ago. Maybe on the radio, CD player, or someone sings it out loud. However, you do not remember the source of the music. Your mind just kind of responds to it, and you start singing it before you realize you’re already singing.
This is one of the most difficult subconscious habits to get control of. Sometimes, it could even take up to a couple of days, and you’re still nodding to it.
